Is the Holy Spirit God or just an impersonal force?

God
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFlI7lJpFaI The proof that we know that the Holy Spirit is indeed God and not just some force is because of how the bible describes the Holy Spirit. It says in Ephesians 4:30 that we can grieve the Holy Spirit. How can you grieve a force? You can't grieve a force, you can only grieve a person. It says in Acts 5:3 that Ananias and Sapphira lied to the Holy Spirit. You can't lie to a force, you can only lie to a person. Should God be called by only one Name?

God
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bnuN9YeZUw False belief number one is this idea that God only has one name hence the name Jehovah’s Witnesses. Sometimes he's referred to as “father” or “our father” in the Lord's prayer or “creator” and whatnot. And so this idea that god has to be referenced by one name “Jehovah” and one name only is just simply not supported in scripture.

While on the cross, Jesus addressed his Father as “Eli”, which means God. He did not call his Father “Jehovah” as JWs have insisted that this is the only name we can call God by. Matt 27:46 About the ninth hour, Jesus called out with a loud voice, saying: “Eʹli, Eʹli, laʹma sa·bach·thaʹni?” that is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” The Psalmist David calls God by both Jehovah and Lord (Hebrew “adonay”)…
